YRT rotary table bearings are designed with a radial full roller, two groups of axial needle roller, cage assembly, an out ring, an L-section inner and the second ring.

The out ring and inner ring have fixing holes, so the bolt can fix the bearings directly.

This type of bearing has high axial and radial load-bearing capacity, high tilting stiffness, and extremely high accuracy.

Suitable for rotary table, as well as bearing configurations in measurement and experimentation.

This type of bearing also has high requirements for the matching equipment parts, and the tightening torque of the installation screws needs to be controlled during installation.

YRT Rotary Table Bearings Application

Widely used in precision rotary tables, vertical grinders, indexing heads, gear hobbing machines, milling machine workpiece shafts and other precision devices.

The axial radial combination structure can simultaneously withstand double axial loads, radial loads, and overturning moments.

Basic lifetime life

Basic rated life means that a number of bearing operates separately under the same conditions, and 90%of them can reach the total rotation without rolling fatigue. Its actual life span is related to the selection, materials, structure, processing quality, the surrounding design and operating environment and installation and maintenance of the bearing, but the fatigue failure is not the main form of the bearing failure of the bearing. It is usually lost due to wear (axial and radial gaps) or other non -normal use damage due to wear.

Limit speed

For the limit speed NE of the bearing permit, please refer to the size specification table. The extreme speed of the bearing is related to the working temperature of the bearing, and the working temperature depends to a large extent on the structure, size, accuracy, pre -load, actual load, lubrication conditions, installation accuracy, environmental temperature and heat dissipation of the bearing. The limit speed in the size specification table is calculated based on the work conditions of the bearings under normal circumstances.

Static load safety coefficient
Basic rated static load CO

When a static load is applied on the bearing, the contact part of the rolling band and the roller tract will produce a local split -shaped plastic deformation. Because it is plastic deformation, it will cause poor bearings to rotate, and the noise and vibration will become larger. Therefore The benchmark of the load, the basis of the basis of the rated static load CO is as follows: Basic fixed -rate static load refers to the static load that is equivalent to the following contact stress between the contact regional center of the rolling and rolling surface under the state of the maximum static load. The rolling body and scroll plastic deformation of the roller of the bearing 4000MPa roller bearing under the above contact stress are 0.0001 times the diameter of the rolling body.

When the volume static load refers to the static load under the actual load when the roller and the roller contact surface are maximized.
