2. Look at the steel stamp on the bearing

Generally, the bearing will have its own brand's lettering, logo, and label, and the handwriting will be very clear. Steel stamp technology is usually used to press the lettering before overheating treatment, so although the font is small, it is deeply recessed and very clear. And some counterfeit products with poor quality will have very blurry fonts and are prone to falling off.

3. Listen for any noise

You can pick up the bearing and hold the inner sleeve of the bearing with your left hand, then move the outer sleeve with your right hand to rotate it and listen for any noise. Due to the outdated production conditions and completely manual workshop style operation of most counterfeit products, impurities such as sand are inevitably mixed in during the production process, resulting in a noise during rotation. 2. Structural form

The key depends on whether the part of the bearing that needs to drive rotation needs to be installed on the inner or outer ring of the bearing. If outer ring rotation is required, inner ring segmentation type must be used.similarly, if inner ring rotation accuracy is required, outer ring segmentation type must be used, and both inner and outer rings require relatively high rotation accuracy, which is suitable for using an integrated structure of inner and outer rings.
